of Sawgrass Asset Management, L.L.C.'s Business Continuity Plan
(BCP):
Sawgrass Asset
Management, LLC is committed to providing protection for essential
activities and critical support services in the event of a significant
business disruption. Sawgrass Asset Management, LLC implemented
a BCP that is intended to prevent or mitigate the effects of a disruption
by protecting assets, processes and customer data with the intention
of enabling continued operation of critical functions during or
immediately following a disruption.
What Sawgrass
Asset Management, L.L.C.'s BCP is Designed to Do:
Depending on
the type, scope or duration of a business disruption, Sawgrass Asset
Management, LLC's business continuity plan is constructed with the
goal of resuming critical operations within 24 to 48 hours. In the
event of a disruption to building, business district, city or region,
Sawgrass Asset Management, LLC intends to utilize Agility Recovery
Solutions at Peak 10 Secure Data Center locations in Jacksonville,
FL, Tampa, FL, Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC. Information is stored
securely in multiple locations allowing Sawgrass Asset Management,
LLC to recover and utilize critical data in the event of a business
disruption. Sawgrass Asset Management, LLC's BCP is tested periodically
to ensure that business functions are recoverable.
Sawgrass Asset
Management, LLC routinely requests verification of BCP's from critical
vendors. Our ability to resume critical functions is dependent upon
third parties' BCP's, including exchanges and critical vendors.
To ensure the
most up-to-date and effective business continuity plan, Sawgrass
Asset Management, LLC's BCP is subject to modification without notification
to clients. A summary of the current or amended plan will be made
available to clients upon request.
