Springing in the Blues Festival – A free three-day oceanfront blues festival in Jacksonville Beach – Always the first weekend of April

MPS Group Championship – A top women’s professional tennis tournament,
part of the worldwide Sony Ericsson WTA Tour, held in Ponte Vedra Beach

May:

The Players Championship – Dubbed the “Fifth Major”, The Players is one of the most exciting sporting events in Jacksonville.  A must-see for any golf enthusiast!

Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival – Celebrating more than 40 years of shrimp festival fun.  Always the first weekend of May in Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, birthplace of the modern shrimping industry

Jacksonville Jazz Festival – Annual outdoor jazz festival in Downtown which attracts some of the top performers in the Jazz world

Mug Race Regatta – World’s longest river sailboat race hosted by The Rudder Club

July:

AT&T Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament - Held each year in July, it’s the largest kingfish tournament in the country

Fall:

Jacksonville Jaguar Football – Put on your teal and black to come out and support the home team!

Sea & Sky Spectacular – Annual sea and sky show featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels along with other civilian and military flight teams – Late October or early November

October:

Florida/Georgia Football Classic – One of the biggest rivalries in college football.  Game is always the last Saturday in October.

November:

Jacksonville Light Parade – Seafarers and landlubbers alike can enjoy the area’s largest lighted boat parade.  Held on the Downtown Riverfront on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
