July 2011 - For the third consecutive year, Sawgrass has been recognized among the top 50 fastest growing privately held companies in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal. This award measures the fastest growing private firms over the past three years. Thanks to our clients, we are very proud to be a part of this select group.

July 2011 - Sawgrass was recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2008, 2009 and 2011.  In 2009, Sawgrass placed #3 in the Small Business Category of over 100 local company nominations.

January 2011 - Sawgrass is proud to announce the addition of Eric Zarkovich to our Fixed Income team.  Eric will work with Andrew Cantor, CFA, David Furfine, CFA and Liridon Gila, CFA as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager/Analyst for our bond portfolios.  Eric received a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and a M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. He has 14 years of previous work experience with Hewlett-Packard, Evergreen Investment Management and Oxford Life Insurance Cos. 

August 2010 - Sawgrass earned a position among the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America, by Inc. magazine in 2009 and 2010.

July 2009 - In a FundFire article, Sawgrass was recognized as the leader for "Managers Winning the Most Mandates" in the large cap growth category. This was from a comprehensive study by Eager, Davis & Holmes of total mandates awarded by institutional investors industry-wide. More information is available at fundfire.com.

June 2009 - The Sawgrass Opportunistic Growth Best Ideas composite exceeded $100 million in assets under management. Since it was launched in 2007, the portfolio has gained over 15 client relationships across the United States.

Sawgrass manages over $2 billion in Growth Equity and Fixed Income assets across 21 states. We have been able to reach this assets under management threshold with the trust and confidence of our clients. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for their continued support.
