Investment Philosophy

Sawgrass Asset Management’s small cap product has applied a consistent investment philosophy and style since its inception in 1987.  The process identifies domestic stocks with greater earnings potential than the market.  We believe it is possible to add value over time by combining quantitative models with bottom-up fundamental research in a consistent and structured investment discipline.  Our process identifies small companies with strong earnings momentum, rising earnings estimates, and reasonable valuation relative to the Russell 2000 Growth Index.
